            I, KATSUMI SHIMUTA, of legal age, with office address at 3-8-21, Akasaka, Chuo Ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka-Ken, Japan in my capacity as President of CORAZON INTERNATIONAL INC. do hereby appoint, name and constitute FIRMUS ENTERPRISE represented in this act by its General Manager, MARLO M. ANGELE, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married with office address at 4345 Dayap Street, Palanan, Makati City as our true and legal representative to act for in our name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1.      To represent our company before any and all government and private offices/agencies in the Philippines;

2.      To enter into any and all contracts with any person, corporation, institution or entity in a joint venture or as partner in the recruitment, hiring and placement of Filipino Contract Workers for everseas employment;

3.      To sign, authenticate and deliver all documents necessary to complete any transaction related to such recruitment and hiring, including making the necessary steps to facilitate the departure of the recruited workers;

4.      To bring suit, defend and enter into compromises in the name and stead in litigstions brought for or against us (or our company) in all matters involving the employment of the Filipino Contract Workers for myself (our company);

5.      To assume jointly and severally with the undersigned (our company) any liability that may arise in connection with the worker’s recruitment and/or implementation of the employment contract and other terms and conditions of the appointment as defined and spelled out in the attached agreement, which we have previously executed.

HEREBY GRANTING unto MARLO M. ANGELE my (our) said legal representative in the Philippines full power and authority to execute or perform whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my (our) said legal representative, or his substitute shall lawfully do of cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

               This Recruitment Agreement, made and entered into by and between:

               FIRMUS ENTERPRISE, a duly registered entity with the Department of Trade and Industry, Republic of the  Philippines, with office address at 4345 Dayap Street, Barangay Palanan, Makati City and represented in this act by MARLON M. ANGELES in his capacity as General Manager, hereinafter referred to as the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE;

-and –

               CORAZON INTERNATIONAL INC.  a duly registered and organized business entity operating in  Japan  with Corporate No. 2900-01-079098  with office address at 3-8-21, Akasaka, Chuo-Ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka-Ken, Japan and represented in this act by KATSUMI SHIMUTA  in his capacity as President, hereinafter referred to as the PRINCIPAL.

W I T N E S S E T H :

               Parties herein hereby set forth the following purposes, terms, objectives and conditions:

1.0    General Provisions

1.1                The PRINCIPAL shall utilize the facilities and services of

                                    the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE for the purpose of pre-

                                    selecting, screening, recruiting, processing and documenting

Filipino workers hired through the said LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE for its operations in Japan.  PRINCIPAL hereby also undertake to use the facilities and services of said LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE in re-hiring workers as appropriate;

1.2              The LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE shall make available to the

                                    PRINCIPAL pre-screened applicants as requisitioned.  Except as

                     otherwise agreed upon by both parties, the PRINCIPAL, and / or  its  representative shall have the final authority on the selection in Manila or personnel and workers for employment, and that selection shall satisfy the requirements of the Employer for all intents and purposes.

1.3                The services of the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE shall  include but     not limited to, medical examinations, processing, documentation, mandatory briefing and orientation on the working and leaving conditions at the country of employment, facilitation of documentation for travel including security and police clearance, passport of hired worker; the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE shall also, when authorized by the PRINCIPAL through a SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY, sign the individual Employment Contracts which shall be binding for all parties;

1.4                The LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE shall also provide facilities and

    Museums and monuments are meant to remind us of the struggles and successes of our predecessors, in the hopes that we might achieve more than them. Biak-na-bato national park is no different from a museum. Whilst we were there we crawled through the same caves where the Katipuneros operated in during the Philippine revolution, and we were given insight by our tour guides about the conditions endured and the sacrifices made by the revolutionaries. Truly, the caves served as a reminder for me and my classmates to strive for more, and to strengthen our passion for excellence. Because if the Katipuneros fought and endured against insurmountable odds, I do not see why I should have to give any less what they did.

    Another core value of Don Bosco I had found relevant and apparent to the Lakbay-Aral trip was St. John Bosco's core value of having solidarity with nature. Before the trip, I was not comfortable with the thought of wading through freshwater, and having to crawl through mud, but afterwards I came to realize that these caves were an important part of our nation's history and identity. It would not hurt to care for the environment so the next generation may also enjoy exploring and breathing in the fresh air we still enjoy today.

   I will always remember this outbound amongst my favorite memories of my Bosconian life, because I had learned so much about the importance of the two mentioned core values to the growth and development of not only our country, but of the whole world.

I would like to extend my appreciation to NOBLELINK, for allowing me to work for you as a Crew Member. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge, experience and expertise over the past 3 months.  Your support, training, friendship and sincerity will always be remembered.

At this time, I would like to request a one week notice.  Due to some personal reason, I will be resigning as of October 30, 2017 to pursue other avenue.

Bilang tugon sa maraming pangangailangan ng tao, nabibigyan ng pagkakataon

kumita. Ang supply ay tumutukoy sa dami ng produkto o serbisyo na handa at kayang
ipagbili ng mga prodyuser sa iba’t ibang presyo sa isang takdang panahon.

Batas ng Supply
Isinasaad ng Batas ng Supply na mayroong direkta o positibong ugnayan ang
presyo sa quantity supplied ng isang produkto. Kapag tumataas ang presyo, tumataas
din ang dami ng produkto o serbisyo na handa at kayang ipagbili. Kapag bumababa
ang presyo, bumababa rin ang dami ng produkto o serbisyo na handa at kayang
ipagbili (ceteris paribus).
Ayon sa Batas ng Supply, sa tuwing ang mga prodyuser ay magdedesisyon
na magprodyus ng produkto o magkaloob ng serbisyo, ang presyo ang kanilang
pangunahing pinagbabatayan. Ipinapakita ng batas na ito na ang presyo ng produkto
o serbisyo sa pamilihan ang pangunahing batayan ng prodyuser sa paglikha. Dahil
dito, higit ang kanilang pagnanais na magbenta nang marami kapag mataas ang
